Precision before shortcuts
The right decision is grounded in evidence, experience and a thorough examination.
MUDr. · PhD. · MHA · MPH
I am Pavel Staško — a vascular surgeon, founder of AdNa and a firm believer that meaningful progress comes from combining expertise, technology and a genuinely human approach.

01 / About me
For more than fifteen years, I have combined clinical practice with building modern healthcare. My aim is to make excellent medicine precise, understandable and accessible without unnecessary barriers.
Medicine in practice
Experience, composure and technology share one purpose — a safer procedure and a better outcome for the patient.

Personal philosophy
“Progress matters only when it improves the life of a real person.”
I do not settle for “this is how it has always been done.” I look for more precise methods, a better patient experience and solutions that remain effective long after the initial enthusiasm fades.
The right decision is grounded in evidence, experience and a thorough examination.
Innovation is not the goal. It is a tool for safer, better care.
Medicine advances when we pass on our experience and teach others.
